The harbour in Rafina is a busy working ferry and fishing port. Large ferries pull in an dout of the harbour every day. Fish is landed and sold in the quayside fish shops of which there are several. It is the best place to go to buy fresh fish for dinner and the selection is huge.

If you prefer to have your fish cooked for you, try one of the restaurants edging the harbour or in the centre of Rafina.

There is always something happening down at the harbour which attracts people out for a walk. Street vendors sell their wares on pavements, people stroll up an down, friends meet and chat, others sit on benches and people watch.

There are ferry agents down at the harbour who will sell you tickets for the ferries to Greek islands.

A short walk from the harbour leads into the town centre and shops.
